I am chef with over 16 years experience in local, national and international cuisines having worked for international brands like Carnival Cruise lines-Miami, Norwegian Cruise lines-Miami, Le Meredien group-Dubai ,Taj group-India as well as Fine Dining restaurants in Goa,Kuwait and the USA
My specialty is global cuisine also popularly known as Fusion food, and I use my varied experience and exposure to provide quality and exotic global fusion foods that include Italian, continental, English, Mediterranean and Oriental Cuisine and not to forget our very own Indian and Goan cuisine.
Under the scope of my consultancy services, apart from the preparation of great food i also undertake and impart training to personnel on cost effective methods of preparing food by controlling volume of pre-preps, curtailing of wastage etc. without compromising on the quality of food.
In addition, issues of safety in food handling, storage, hygiene etc are covered. Food Production Personnel are also imparted with training in basics of standard food production procedures like sauces, marinations, and other pre-prep procedures.
